The genesis of staff-student partnerships: Institutional influences

چکیده
As staff-student partnership activity becomes embedded into the infrastructure of higher education there is an increased institutional focus on systematising support processes. Drawing data from a case study conceived under auspices programme, this article offers insight how context shapes aims, objectives, and composition. It finds that in pre-partnership phase gatekeeping role performed by which ultimately determines partnerships proceed, they are evaluated. The contributes to broader critique practices, proposing framework integrates various influences pre post-partnership phases.
